Nothing much different, same yellow patch and throwing knives combo with the "X" patch on the shoulder. Its a simple jacket.

She is my favorite X-Men, great job on the costume. They really should bring you in to design the movie costumes.

I like the throwing knives. Everyone forgets her "ninja training montage" from the Wolverine & Kitty Pryde series. They never really found a "place" for Kitty. Shadowcat was a avery 90's name that just didn't have the staying power of some of the other character names. The closest they have come to a cool identity for her was the Ultimate Universe Shroud identity, where she'd learned to use her powers in interesting ways. Nice design, maybe add a jacket?

Man, don't get me started on Kitty. They've pushed her all over the place and it kinda just looks exactly like that. She's trying to be this mentor, but gets all weirdly giddy and the wrong times. Its like she's an adult but doesn't act like an adult when it really matters in the story. She's not a good fit against Cyclops.
I dunno. I'm not happy with her writing, right now.

Me neither. I was very much looking forward to her being mentor to the New Old Original X-Men, but that's kind of not worked out. The GotG crossover was not horrible, but for someone who has been to space and dealt with the Shiar and all this weirdness more times than just about ALL of the Avengers combined, she was kind of out of her depth. The Starlord flirtation was a bit out of left field (does she go for only guys named Pete?) but I can see it from his point of view, technically they are about the same age and she's the first human he's run into out in space who wasn't a guy. I just want the writers of these damned stories to start thinking about actual character development rather than hitting teh damned reset button every time.
