Makes me think of my nephew William! They have the same facial bone structure and black hair.
The only difference? Billy has brown eyes and Mon-El has blue.
As well as being a Daxamite while Billy is a Terran.

Mon-El; my favorite Legionnaire. Loved his relationship with Shadow Lass waaaay back in the 1970's, up until around the mid 1980's, when comic books got to be too expensive.

Not really. Its just....the Legion always seemed to be in a good mood, more than its JL counterparts.
