I tryed actualy downloading Gimp a few day's ago. It never actualy loaded on...

They're a brush for use in GIMP, so if you download the brush and put it into the correct directory, you can actually paint with them.

and I think they have instructions for adding new brushes as well. Or you could ask me, if you want to know. ^^
