Description
My vision of Classic Spyro as a teen. I even included the whole Playstation look. Look at the super round trees!!! hahahaTime: 7 hours

(psss, I have a secret. I drew it at a large resolution Β¬_Β¬ that means you can use it as a wallpaper!) Just let me know when you do.
Update! A lot of people are complaining about the look and feel of the background. I have one answer, "I made it that way on purpose." The game had blocky un-detailed background elements that are sharp and blocky with little change in color. I was more focused on mimicking the game rather than making it artistic.

The weird thing is, I thought about a revival series called Spyro Enchanted, a three part series that makes classic combine with TLoS. I was going to just enhance Spyro's Hero's Tail model, but this is making me think that Spyro will need to grow a bit for the final game.

Hmm, your right about the sky. I guess I combined some elements of the game a little too seriously. I referenced a screenshot that the sky was pink and red, while another screenshot had the grass color just one color. I guessed I mimicked the screenshots a little too far. Thas has the attitude of the Spyro from the cover of each of his first three games, but also has the purple dragon older and taller. I like that. Swagger and experience.

Thats how I imagined Spyro's appearance as a teen. Also I love how you pretty much gave it the old Spyro the Dragon game look, heck yea, I always loved the rounded trees and always tried to get on top of them for fun. XD

The metal chest! Man, do I miss those things. But my favorite were the spring chests. I wish they would've brought those back in the 2 games that followed.

No idea what the spring chests look like. I never played the games, so I used some references from Youtube.

And the spring chests are the ones where the gems pop out of the top when you flame or charge them. You have to jump over them to get the gem.

Umm, no thanks. Those games were popular the young kid generation in its day. I was probably 4 or 5 when they were out on Playstation. I don't think the gameplay would appeal to me since I'm 20.
