Description
This is a very, VERY old Fanart of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. I dug it up from my archives and felt proud of it considering it was made during class and with crappy pencils...TRC was huge for me two years ago. I adored Fay and Kurogane in particular (not so much the plot or Sakura and Syaoran) and the art amazed me because it looked so magic. That silly angsty magician and his ruby-eyed Prey will always have a place in my heart...

Thank you! I cheated a lot when I had the age I hade while making this picture, and I used and abused blenders
The reason is, I belive, that there are a LOT of details and people rarely have the patience to find a decent reference and use it.

I've never tried drawing the staff (or his tattoo). I can never get those swirly designs right. I do LOVE drawing his fluffy coat though.

It's been SO long since I last watched/read TRC but I'm still a huge fan of both Fai and Kurogane. I'm hoping that CLAMP will someday make another manga with the two of them as main characters.
