We need a shirtless fencing Sulu in the next movie. That picture at the end of this meme made me realize that.

Sulu was the only cast member where rather than flailing happily along with the film, I just sortof went "oh," and missed the original version. :/

Yeah I wasn't quite sure what to make of Cho's representation of Sulu either. I think he needs better hair next time. Or learn to just stand out by existing like Takei can do.

Chekov! And yes he was my most favoritest ever. :3 Sulu fell very flat for me - he was the only one that I felt just didn't live up to the original actor. :/ But it was still awesome!
