Description
This is the last cel in my first group of commissions. A bit more detailed then the last two, but I think it came out -great-. I'm quite satisfied. The scan sort of sucks though. ;_;This cel came from a commission on Ebay. I'm not really at all familiar with the anime or characters. Just another little piece!
Came out in just a few days. Pretty good if I do say so myself. ^_^
Acylics painted on acetate. As always, by hand. Comments, compliments, condiments, s'il vous plait. ^_^

This is really nice. The detail is amazing, the coloring is great, and the textures all fit nicely, great work.

Damn. That's really good. That is so damn good. That makes my drawings look crap... but then throwing a pile of shit at a fan and catching all the backspray on a canvas makes my art look crap so I'll just stay away from that.
But really, that is damn awesome. Bravo, round of applause guys.

I sell them mostly though word of mouth, but I've sold a couple on Ebay. In fact, I've sold one (that hasn't been finished yet) through someone who saw my Tasuki and Kohji fan cel and fell in love, here on DA. ^_^;; I'm going on four for just one person though, so I really don't have THAT many customers. This one was an Ebay one.

well, you know. You might get more aquanted with the anime crowd here at DA if you show your skills through your avatar. I look at anime artists' journals, and they all have about 20 other anime-avatars. *peeks up*.. but damn.. you're pretty..soooo keep it if you wanna..

Some people I sell to don't have very much money, so they have to bargain a little, but I'm often nice. ^_^ However, some people, like my best customer Kay, are willing to pay up to . .. I don't know on a cel. O_o The most she's spent so far is $35 on one. But she said she was willing to spend more . .so I don't know. O_o I price them on level of difficulty. That Natsumi and Miyuki one would have been about $35 if it hadn't been an auction. -_-;; I got only $15. But oh well. ^_^

Yea. ^___^ I told you it was turning out nicely. Too bad the scan got kind of sucky! The colours are really much richer. Definately one of my better. Still don't know if it beats out Tasuki and Kohji though. ^_~ Tough pick!

but of course! why wouldn't i comment? besides, we like..i dunno..live in the art department pretty much and whatnot. ANYWAYS...it did come out nice. the only thing, when pictures go through the computer they do always lose the richness in them. but i believe its very pretty in real life! i dunno..i think the tasuki one and this one are neck and neck!

Dudette, that is simply professional. Offhand I'd say you're a ripper, but I know that such talented artist's do exist, so take it as a compliment ^_^! That's just amazing!
Just a quick crit here, that the wrists look a little tubular. They need a bit more shape, the muscles don't come down the forarm far enough. Other than that, though, all is golden ^_^!

Thank you muchly! I've been questioned before about my cels authenticity before, but my customers can vouch for that. ^_^ They are, of course, reproduction cels and not originals, but it works. I do have one completely original cel in my gallery, if you'd like to take a look-see. ^_^ It's titled Avadan's First Kiss, and I'm very proud!
