I'm trying to wrap my head around this one. The subject appears to be rather stoic, or perhaps lost in thought. From the way the black is enveloping the subject I deduce that the subject is indeed lost in thought and they are rather dark thoughts. Not to say they are evil, but dark thoughts none the less. And you leave us with this mystery of "What is she thinking about?"

Why so upset? Why is it most of your painting upset? Is there a reason? _ _

I have so much free time to read your explanation all the day. So take all the time you need and explain slowly one by one... ^^

Okay ^^ It's a strange thing - for all my life teatchers in art school teached us how to paint something banal, like portraits in realism or nature. There is a thousands of pictures that looks almost the same, made in same manner, and this is too boring thing for me. On the other hand, somehow I never felt satisfied when I'm painted a happy picture - for me it seems less interesting then picture that have some kind of conflict (visible or inner, for example, conflict of character's emotions), some kind of story behind the picture, that viewer can uncover by himself or interpret in his own way. I don't feel bad when I'm painting, it's just a kind of emotional tone that seems interesting to me ^^

Well then you are doing very well in your own way. Wish you to be the very best of everything.
Btw your painting pour out saddest part of my life, make me walk to those past again that I want so badly not to remember.
