OK, birds are "my thing", so I had to "go here". Very nice capture - hummers are so much fun to work with. (Quick little buggers!)

My younger sister, who died In her sleep several years ago at far too young an age, dearly loved hummingbirds and always had feeders for them. Her husband called my mother the other day, sounding rather excited, far different from his usual grieving mode. "Jenny's hummingbirds are back!" he proclaimed, saying that he had gone shopping for feeders and ingredients and was, at that moment, "cooking hummer food!" *giggle* He also still takes care of her guinea pigs and her garden. We used to buy hummingbird images of many types for her. They always remind us of her.
