Great work. I didn't realize that I hadn't commented on this one already!
I live the pale blue hue to the materials in the middle - especially alongside the grey metal-like spheroid forms that ride over the middle hunk of sftuff (I'm having difficulty explaining!
Anyhow. It's great stuff, as always

Looks really good, somehow resembles the heart organ... good use of the spheres 
But it was really that lighting/color bit on the top which got me looking into this piccy.
Though the middle part seemed kinda square'ry...
The bottom bit looked alienlized... looks spooky in someway, but i like it
