Description Crossover fan art. Piteco is a caveman created by Brazilian cartoonist Mauricio de Sousa. Piteco first appeared in Brazilian newspapers and it was based on another comic strip caveman: "Alley Oop", created by American cartoonist Vincent T. Hamlin(1900-1993). Piteco's tales are since 1970 published in Brazilian comic books "Mônica" and "Cebolinha". Eega Beeva (renamed "Esquálidus" by Brazilian translators) is a human from the future and first appeared in a Mickey Mouse comic strip in 1947. Eega Beeva was created by writer Bill Walsh (1913-1975) and artist Floyd Gottfredson (1905-1986).
