Another nice one! I don't know this character, but speaking of the Superbooks...did you ever see the red head Knockout? She was mainly in the SUperboy comics...I don't know if she ever showed up elsewhere. (The superboy that popped up after the Death of Superman arc.) I guess seeing two muscle ladies from you today reminded me of her. On a side note...this Rampage lady reminds me of Starfire due to her skin and hair coloring. But they're not from the same alien race, right?

Yes, I remember her. She was cool!!
No, Rampage is human. Is like the female DC version of Hulk. A doctor in physics whom due to radiation gets her body pumped up.
