Motor runner cutie mark commissioned for equilibrik for the fallout side story broken steel. Its a pair of crossed chainsaws... i think the character is either a raider, slaver, or just really likes the sight of blood if their cutie mark is twin chainsaws. I'm going with raider. He's technically a Raider as The Reapers are pretty much mostly the toughest Raiders around Hoofington. ^_^. He's a pretty awesome character though, I know he has a goal of saving Equestria, starting with snuffing out Hoofington.
