They had two episodes where at least one characters' personalities were switched. I don't think either showed what an "Evil Kim" would be like.

Actually, looking back on it, considering Kim is supposed to be the typical all-American girl, the opposite, evil Kim would probably be communist, not Nazi. But commies are seriously wack, so Nazi she is! The one where Shego is switched, "Stop Team Go", is my personal fave. Gotta love Miss Go.
