i thought this was kind of interesting. i started drawing a mushroom but albrecht said it looked like a clam instead so...clam it is. if you couldn't tell, i mean isn't it SO obvious? -cough-for marcus

Awesome piece of work, the splashes & the clamshroom look really good. Plus the white & brown are really nice together. I really like the word oceanography, wish I knew why.

it was originally just black pen :b but unfortunately crappy cheap pens+scanner=brown haha. yeah i dunno either, sometimes i just look at the picture when im posting the picture and a word pops into my head. i'm glad it worked out for you

That.... rules. I am very attached to my childhood and a lot of my work deals with that. Your sense of color and wonder definately speaks to these "misunderstood connections". If you could, would you look at this picture I made and tell me a thought or two? [link]

This is probably why I don't like jelly fish much, they've got those smug little smiles and they just keep going after they bump into ya and leave a burn. D:< JERKS.
I do think they're pretty from afar though. Ho-hum..
