She's very soft, if not slightly more so IMO. Both of my gals are matte.

Dunno, for me it looked like dust or something and seemed to stick in a pattern consistent with dried water drops/splashes.

Mine had the same some white dust I'm guessing the factory in China was dusty and water drop looking stuff I'm assuming is some excess plasticizers that came out of the vinyl, her vinyl is amazingly soft afterall
