D'awwww JakeSully loves his big blue girlfriend. ITS PRETTY CUTE.Saw Avatar the other day. Pretty flippin' cool! So I decided to be one of the first to do a big nerdy fan art.
Man, no creature should ever have stripes! What a pain in my ass. But otherwise I'm pretty happy with it. Yay! \o/

So -freaking- CUTE! Some part of me totally sees Jake/Neytiri in kind of an eternal puppy-love stage...together they are just so cute and sweet. This drawing catches that feeling so nicely...I totally love Jake's goofy expression. With Neytiri he doesn't have to be a bad-a$$ dude...he just gets to be a goofy sweetheart. Great work here! The expressions are what makes this so darling!

I swear, their love must be my favorite love between movie/tv/book/wherever characters of all time. It's genuine, it's healthy (aka Netiri isn't a whimpy bitch in need of big stwong Jakie Jakie to pwotect her widdle bootie), and most of all, it's realistic. When he wrongs her, he has to actually try to earn her trust back. And it's just...well it's just really fantastic
