I find it a little bit chaotic, but the color tones go well in that sense. Not my personal favorite look, but if someone is into this style or "feel" than it works well.

Chaos is something I don't really like in my work, but it is kind of inevitable here.

I compared the quality between the JPEG and the PNG, and they were exactly the same! I put the JPEG quality at 100 and it's exactly the same. I think this is the right course of action.

This has a lot to it. I love the outside edges and the solid shapes. The very center doesn't appeal to me, but that's a personal preference thing, not your fault. All in all a great piece.
