After following the recipe, my Sea-Salt ice Cream came out like this. Man, it tastes so good, now I know why everyone in Kingdom Hearts 2 is so crazy for it. For the recipe, visit my profile, Journal entry one. Enjoy!*EDIT* I've been getting notes concerning how much salt I use on average to make these. So I made a few batches to see. On average I added 6 pinches of salt to the ice cream, so start there. Well, I hope that helps everybody.

I love sea salt ice cream I looked at your recipe and I think it's the same one I use, although I only use about 4 pinches of salt... Either way though, it's sooooooo good... Oh and I would use more but most my family doesn't like it any saltier, I think it could use another pinch though... Tips for anyone making it though, taste as you so, and remember, it gets saltier when it freezes ((not sure of the science behind it, but it does)) also, due to the salt, it melts quicker, but it's all good

It looks like... that non-dairy variety of frozen confectionery you get from ice cream trucks.. how strange! XD it does look good however.. just how much salt do you end up using on average? Seems like too much would really reduce its ability to freeze.. XD
