Ahh, something different from my usual style, but hey, if you know me, you know that I love experimenting!
So I ended up with something more whimsical and airy. I didn't draw an outline to use..
So I kinda just went for it with a blank white canvas. Ahh, coloring without a guide can be tricky!Note: the face was not meant to be anatomically correct, because it goes with the style I was going for. One day, I'll draw a wacky character with an eye in the middle, a nose on the side, and the lips at the top of the head.

This is gorgeous. I love the facial structure--the angled cheek bone and surreal beauty of the features really makes this piece look magical. I love all the whispy shapes you used too..I love how they could either look like branches or hair. This piece is truly breathtaking. I dislike winter, but I think you embodied its essence in a way even I can't help but adore. Lovely!

awh. I like the blue colours. All frozty and nice. ^_^ Makes me think of a queen of some sort. O.o Winterqueen. ^_^ And I like the way her eye looks away at something, like she's spotted something out of the ordinary, be it good or bad. It has a sort of... calm respect over it, somehow. I don't know why I think so, but it's... Ah, I can't explain it. I hope you understand anyway. ^_^
On a side-note, however, those, uh... "bushes" (or whatever they now may be) makes her look slightly trapped. Like she's a trapped queen and now she's observing the captor?
Or it could be that she's hiding, too. Or it's just a part of her outfit. xD
Oh, I talk a lot of weird things now, but I hope you get the point. xD It's a very nice picture, as always when it's done by you.
