Another design from my lolita fashion design label, Nocturne Rose designs. The Jade Garden skirt. Box-pleated with a decadent jade-green oriental style print. It features a removable bow with creme white tails, and a creme white layer of ruffles hemmed to the bottom. The high arched waistband is closed with a zipper in the back, and excess on the waistband to tuck over it neatly.
