Shelby does not live in the big city. And she's as happy as can be about it.This was a fun one that went a lot quicker than it should have... sometimes you get the feeling that you need to do more just because you didn't spend much time on it. I had to fight that with this piece, leave it simple yup.
It also gave me an idea for my next series of drawings. It seems that Shelby just won a tour of the good ol' US of A.

Well, State also means "Nation" (Like in the State Department).

That could also be interpreted as a state with a Canadian border - as most of Canada's population is near its southern border, there would be a much better chance of being close when visiting a generic somewhere(-one?) in Canada than a generic somewhere(-one?) stateside.
