Ok I love the relationship they have developed, but seriously at this point I just want them to do. Just imagine a shot of the outside of of the shower. Muffled moans, grunts and a certain slapping noise can be heard coming out of it

Waiting for Natani to drop the soap. XD
Though Keith likely wouldn't do anything, so she could take her time as her body strongly hints at wanting some "help scrubbing her tail."

I guess neither of them is going to notice the 'wet dog' smell are they?!

As I understand it that smell is actually wild yeast and bacteria that lives on the fur of a dog. So, regular bathing and sanitary conditions would generally prevent that scent from occurring, barring, perhaps, warriors in the field or individuals who don't have the opportunity to bathe regularly. Given Basitin hygiene and the like it seems very unlikely they'd have that problem. Further, given the amount of art including Keith and Natani in the shower, I suspect that wouldn't be a problem, XD

Ah.. did not know that! Thank you! [hey, any day that involves learning something new is a good one.] And as you say, given the amount of shower scenes, bathing on a frequent and lengthy basis is normal for them, so it's probably not a problem. Hmm... I'd imagine Basitins probably have a healthy soap making industry too..

Honestly? It says a lot about their culture. Baths say springs or aqueducts are something their cities are built around and accommodate. The later especially implies a huge level engineering technology and skill. It probably suggests the Basitin military sees a lot of use as a work force (a la the Roman Legions), especially given a standing military is one of the most expensive things a nation can maintain. Cleanliness is a very big thing in Basitin culture, as is modesty, so soap making is probably a fairly significant industry, especially given fur (compared to say the Roman method of scouring with oil and a strigil to remove dirt from skin). But soap making also in fairly wood intensive (potash being a major ingredient) and we see the Basitin island is pretty heavily forested, so that could imply either excellent control over their lumber usage (and perhaps the island being larger than we know) or importing those materials from the main continent.
The fun thing is one simple thing like that can tell us a dozen different things about the culture of Basitins. It informs us of the idea of scented soaps, and perhaps perfuming--the sorts of luxuries Basitins might enjoy. That they likely have complex sewer systems and potentially water treatment to handle the vast bathing complexes. That they have astounding engineering capabilities and knowledge (all achieved without magic) and likely a strong system of education to pass along such knowledge. Arguably they might develop technology like steam before other races (funny enough the Romans and Greeks knew about steam, but without access to rubber they were unable to create seals to exploit the tech), and potentially given their limited area, prove to be the first race to advance into a more urban society than the others in the setting. There's so much a simple statement like 'they have baths' can tell us as writers or readers.

I must admit, I was quietly geeking out.. wondering if the baths were, as you suggest, constructed, or simply built around natural hot springs. [like Japanese baths] I went back and looked at the artwork for the Basitian Isle, What i could see of the geology didn't look right for active volcanic hot springs, so I think you're probably right.
which is pretty darn cool, because you can follow those threads of civilisation quite some way as you showed.

Finally!
Also, that shower cabin is bigger than my bathroom. I guess being in the home of the ex-chief-templar does have its perks.
