The flu leaves him flushed and restless, and she tries to soothe him by narrating stories from her youth in Rukongai; it only causes a lingering pride and an acute pain in his chest as he listens.
Drawn in response to somersaulter's work over here: [link] (I don't really know why Ichigo doesn't just lie in his bed rather than do a weird pillow-on-table thing, eheh. I just figured maybe he's not the type who'd go for bedrest for a mere flu.)
Likely to post something for no. 23 too, since that kinda works as a pair with this.
