The Spanish Civil War (Spanish: Guerra Civil Española) was fought from 1936 to 1939 between the Republicans and the Nationalists. Republicans were loyal to the left-leaning Popular Front government of the Second Spanish Republic, and consisted of various socialist, communist, separatist, anarchist, and republican parties, some of which had opposed the government in the pre-war period. The opposing Nationalists were an alliance of Falangists, monarchists, conservatives, and traditionalists led by a military junta among whom General Francisco Franco quickly achieved a preponderant role. Due to the international political climate at the time, the war had many facets and was variously viewed as class struggle, a religious struggle, a struggle between dictatorship and republican democracy, between revolution and counterrevolution, and between fascism and communism.
After periods of clandestine operation followed by other shorter periods of legalization, in 1936 the CNT was finally legalized, and would remain legal until the end of the Civil War. During the war, the union collaborated with other republican groups opposed to the Nationalists. As the war developed, members of the CNT came to form part of the government of the Republic, holding various ministries and high positions within the administration. In Barcelona, the anarchists managed the majority of the functions of society, collectivizing a large part of the activity of the city.

First, happy Easter, or Resurrection Day, for everyone who is reading this. Second, I am currently doing another drawing but now using Paint.Net, so expect a bit of change in the art, maybe a bit more pixelated. Probably gonna start using mobile and computer drawing apps. I will keep trying to learn new things, like animation and video making, and make other types of drawings beside countryballs, like objects, military equipment, animals, pokemon and things I am interested on. Hope I can continue making these drawing even though this year will be a little more difficult than I though.
I will greatly appreciate any comment you decide to send me, principally constructive feedback
