the best idea ever? Diary of a Wimpy Kid as an ANIME!!
Japanese title will be Ikujinonai Shounen no Nikki!!~ (i think...) at first I tried to portray the actors from the movie, but eventually I gave up the intention and drew them in my own style instead (I couldn't capture Devon Bostick's hotness anyway...and I can only made Rowley somewhat chubby not fat...i don't know... )
Anybody agree with the idea?

Very well done, just make sure when drawing anime you don't use it as a crutch and you can also use realism if you ever want to, it's not an insult, it's just I've been through it before and starting with anime ca put you in a bit of a disadvantage, other than that, beautiful drawing, I love the coloring!

Nah, I like animes just fine, but western cartoons are better because they have less stereotypes nd don't repeat the same tropes over and over again (i.e.- the hyper blond who eats too much/the bitchy girl who hits boys/ kid sitting at the back of the class by the window/constant cherry blossoms regardless of the time of year/ the snobby geek that all the women inexplicably attracted to/ generalised sexual harassment, etc etc), they can draw characters that aren't beautiful and people look more diverse. In anime, (short of stupid hairstyles,) everyone looks exactly the same.
