i changed him up a bit since the old charlie was ugly. so. new ref.he's a lazy type villager and he hates his mayor (who loves him)
he asks to move out a lot but gets denied every time. stays in his house a lot and will ditch anyone or anything to go see kk slider live on saturday nights. he loves his sad songs.
