I have mixed feelings about Zurei's makeover. Let me explain
I love the new design as it's own thing. It's aesthetically pleasing to the eye and very fresh and smooth. Very modern.
But there was a sense of maturity and attraction the old design of Zurei held. Looking at him, you'd think "Ugh... He looks so evil! But.. why do I find him so cool/attractive?" where-as with this, I find it interesting and well done, but it lacks that 'drawing you in' feeling.
Hope that all makes sense?
And please note I am in no way putting this work down. It's awesome! I especially love your "Insona" logo and design there.

I have seen her say it's a he. For instance: "I made up Zurei a long time ago- back in 2009. But I recently gave him a revamp and now I'm thinking of making a comic" This was on the Insona deviation.
