This is incredible that tiny splash of colour on the legs is very effective. Brilliant gallery as well love! Really interesting concepts!!!

I enjoyed the funny detail, but also like the perspective creating depth for the image.

All is good in this photo taken at "La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle" station...
Is the metro coming in or leaving ??? people are looking in the other direction...
the glass canopy resting on a metal architecture is typical of the late 1800s or early 1900s, as the Austerlitz train station
And those legs ^^
Great work, Udo

I think the train was leaving. Its some years ago that I take this picture, but when I remember right I was coming up the, saw the scene and took the picture.

What camera/lense do you use when you do street photography ?

Different, mostly I use the 17-85 Zoom, if I stay for example on a bridge I sometimes use the tele zoom. I did a small series in London with the 10mm wide lens as well.

Ok, I was wondering if you use a smaller camera for discretion. .. To keep all the natural mood of the scene and people there

Sometimes I do shots with the camera on my side, without focusing the object. It's a 20% chance to get a usable shot, and nobody notice this.

Very good - they're a fine pair of legs to pick out in colour - really makes the photograph.

Amazing work. Stunning. Good technique. But the first thing I think is: who are the persons in the photo? what they are thinking? What is their history?
