I try sometimes to do some experiments, but most, like the Ferrari are not liked very well. Most of my watcher like to see shiny cars and colorful flowers or landscapes

I enjoyed the funny detail, but also like the perspective creating depth for the image.

I captured that picture from the stairs. I hear a train coming in and did the shot. Funny is I realized the girl first when I go through the pictures at home. She came in the picture because of my very low position

A toss of luck (and perception).

ausmaskierten Motive

All is good in this photo taken at "La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle" station...
Is the metro coming in or leaving ??? people are looking in the other direction...
the glass canopy resting on a metal architecture is typical of the late 1800s or early 1900s, as the Austerlitz train station
And those legs ^^

Great work, Udo

I think the train was leaving. Its some years ago that I take this picture, but when I remember right I was coming up the, saw the scene and took the picture.

What camera/lense do you use when you do street photography ?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

UdoChristmann In reply to ov3 [2016-07-07 10:04:28 +0000 UTC]

Different, mostly I use the 17-85 Zoom, if I stay for example on a bridge I sometimes use the tele zoom. I did a small series in London with the 10mm wide lens as well.

Ok, I was wondering if you use a smaller camera for discretion. .. To keep all the natural mood of the scene and people there

UdoChristmann In reply to ov3 [2016-07-07 10:32:44 +0000 UTC]

Sometimes I do shots with the camera on my side, without focusing the object. It's a 20% chance to get a usable shot, and nobody notice this.

Very good - they're a fine pair of legs to pick out in colour - really makes the photograph.

Amazing work. Stunning. Good technique. But the first thing I think is: who are the persons in the photo? what they are thinking? What is their history?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

UdoChristmann In reply to ELOELOISE92 [2016-02-26 17:03:56 +0000 UTC]

That one of the reason to do street photographing I think. You can watch the frozen moments and ask you exactly the question you ask. When I edit the picture at home, I of cause couldn't remember if I had seen the woman with the beautiful  legs.
So My question ( of cause a male question ) was, is the woman as beautiful as her legs. This was the reason I edit the picture in black and white and keep only the colors of the woman legs.
