My new pricelist for now.I will update this as soon as I have my own set of rules completed. However once you commissioned me you agree to these for now:
1) No refunds unless it's an emergency.
2) WIP's will be sent in color for approval. Once approved no changes can be made.
4) I will only start once I receive payment.
3) These prices don't include PayPal's fee.
For now I only need the following when ordering:

Your Oc's power:
References of you Oc (At least 2 or provide their stash folder with examples):
