↑ Kind Hearted. || Beetlefoot is quite a nice cat when you get to know him. He cares about all cats as a whole, seeing them as all being under one sky and will join together in Starclan one day anyway, so there was little reason to fight. Even if he is confronted by a rival cat he will try and befriend them, enjoying others company and loving to hear tales of life in the other clans.

↑ Easy Going. || Not much bothers this tom, aside from bad behavior. Mean, rude, and just unpleasant cats rub him the wrong way, but for the most part he is a pretty chill dude so long as everything is good. He doesn't worry too much about the future, or even the present for that matter. He just breezes though his life on light paws with a smile on his facce.

↓ Stubborn. || When his mind is made up on something, that is it. There is no changing this tom's mind. This trait gets him into a lot of trouble, especially when he disagrees with his leader or deputy.

↓ Ambitious. || Beetlefoot dreams of becoming leader one day, and due to this he believes that both the leader and deputy of his clan do not know what they are doing or what is right when it comes to the clan, whether they do or not. This also ties into his stubborn trait seeing as he doesn't like taking orders from them, but does so anyway because that was how he was raised.

↓↑ Ladies Man. || This tom LOOOOOVES the she-cats, and enjoys talking to any of them he can, be it from his clan or another. They make him happy just to hear them talk, and of course he enjoys a good flirt now and then. Always trying to woo them and make their paws melt.

- H I S T O R Y -[Kithood]

Beetlekit was born along with his brother Gorsekit to the proud parents Gingerbreeze and Rabbitpelt. The two Windclan warriors couldn't have been happier with their first litter and the two toms were simply spoiled as kits. Their mother would give them anything they wanted and Rabbitpelt would often request honey from the medicine den to give to them as treats. Of course, Beetlekit and Gorsekit had no idea they were being spoiled and just loved all the attention and 'presents' their parents would give them. The two would also get into mischief often, running into the medicine cat den or scampering about the main clearing of Windclan's camp and getting underpaw of the warriors. Though their parents never scolded them for their behavior, instead it was often the leader or deputy at the time who would scold them and try and teach them how to behave, because the new parents were completely clueless. However, all this didn't cause the two kits to grow up poorly with bad habits. Gingerbreeze and Rabbitpelt eventually learned from others advice and started to parent their children correctly and soon, Beetlekit and Gorsekit were about to become apprentices.

[Apprenticeship]

The little toms were now six moons old and recieved their apprentice ranks. Now Beetlepaw, he was given Mintgale as a mentor. The she-cat was young but she had learned a lot in her time as a warrior. He quickly excelled in his training, realizing that he had a good knack for speed and catching rabbits was something that he got good at really quickly. Because of this, he helped keep his clan fed with the plump rabbits he managed to catch. Mintgale was impressed, though where his speed was great, he lacked in his physical strength so when pinned down and unable to run, Beetlepaw managed to loose a lot more often. It didn't bother him much though, seeing as he was pleased with his abilities as they were. He didn't make many friends as an apprentice either, Gorsepaw was more the social butterfly than he, but it wasn't because he was shy or anything. Uknown to the apprentice, some people actually found him rather annoying. He would talk and talk, without catching a hint that someone wanted him to shut up and leave them alone. He wouild also try and flirt with the female apprentices, which none of them liked much from such a young tom. So, he spent this time period rather alone, not really able to gain any friends. As he got towards the end of his training, Shadowclan was caught on Windclan's territory, and this caused a large border scruffle which Beetlepaw and Mintgale took place in. The black tom managed to fight off two attacking cats, scaring them away with his quick moves. Mintgale noticed this, and after her apprentice had managed to pass his hunting assessment with flying colors it was decided that he would be made a warrior.

[Warriorhood]

Beetlepaw was given the name Beetlefoot for his speed and quick thinking. Proud of his new rank, he sat his warrior vigil in excited silence, buzzing wtih happiness. As time passed the excitement wore off and he fell into doing warrior duties on his own. He was still yet to make many friends, since the other clan cats were quite annoyed with his behavior, so he attempted to make friends elsewhere. Thinking little of the borders, he would often catch other clan cats alone on their borders and try to strike up a conversation with them. This worked as he caught some really nice strangers. He kept this up, seeing others as they didn't have to spend too much time with them so they were more likely for them to become friends with him. However, Splitstar soon noticed what he was doing and he was scolded severely, being condemned to camp for a moon as a punishment. This caused his ambition to be rise to the rank of leader. He thought that the clan borders were too strict and he wanted things to change for the clans, for things to get better for every cat. As time passed, he started to think that the leader and deputy were rather inept at their jobs and he believed he could do things better. Though he kept these things to himself as they would most likely be the least common opinion. By the time that Beetlefoot reached thirty moons, it seemed that his mother was pregnant again. His parents were expecting another litter of kits! It took him and his brother by surprise, but they were happy for their parents. Soon the litter was born, three she-cats: Rosekit, Turtlekit, and Yewkit. All three she-kits loved their big brothers, and Beetle loved them dearly as well. He hoped that one day he would be able to maybe mentor one of his siblings, but it was not to be as they were given to other warriors to mentor when they reached six moons. He did however receive his own apprentice soon after in another little. A dusty brown she-cat named Yarrowpaw, who was as spunky as they came. Beetlefoot would mostly have perused her if she were a bit older, since she was his apprentice he decided that this one she-cat would be off-limits to him. They bonded rather well, Yarrowpaw having a talent for speed like him so he was able to teach her all he could about running and hunting rabbits. They were a great team when they hunted together, managing to bring in good haul together. However it seemed the moons they spent together ended and he had taught her all he could. She was named Yarrowtail by Splitstar and now Beetlfoot looks for ways for him to keep busy.

Blood pounded in Darkjaw's ears, and the red sticky substance dripped over his nose from a cut on his forehead, however he did not loosen his grip on his opponent. If he lost even the slightest bit of grip it would be the end of him. The two cats were caught in a deadly game of tug-of-war each trying to gain the upper hand over the other as they struggled, bit, clawed, and snarled at each other. Just as he raised his claws to swipe at the other cat's throat his opponent sprang away from his grip, having used the fraction of a second that he had let go to his advantage. Darkjaw stumbled, his open claws hitting the dirt and he stared at the other tom, panting through clenched teeth as the two once again began to circle each other, waiting for either to make the slightest movement in the other's direction.
