3 hours Ps6.0, airbrushyes, its a top down perspective of a Parachutist Zaku (allright thats custom made lol) that got badly clipped during a fall, as well as been through a firefight and lost its arm. Its final resting place is in a large flooded area among some ancient ruins...
..and thats a pilot saluting an old friend, that will not fight with him anymore
last night told me about 's contest (due date: december) well i knew if i do it later id probably never start. out of respect for myself (lol) i just forced myself to sit out and complete the sketch!
Hope gundam(mobile suit fans especially) fans like this ^^
thinking of doing a city fight scene at night as well..

I don't know a whole ton about Gundam, but this is really touching. It's easy to get lost in the battle and never think about what happens to the pilots that aren't so fortunate, and this really captures the sorrow of those who fall in battle.

The atmosphere of this is incredible. It's a very inspiring and unique image. I wonder: what's the pilot remembering? Is the other pilot truly dead?

Very nice. But my first impression of it was that it was a Zaku Mariner because i saw a very similar painting a long time ago. The wires kind of clear things up though.
