That is one of the most beautiful photographs I have ever seen. After spending a childhood in Italy, years working in an art museum, and about a decade as a professional artist, that's saying something.

It's a bit sad that the quality of the jpg is not as perfect... That kills a bit all the softness that could have been visible on your skin and the floor, especially on the shadows...
But the pictures and the pose in themselves remain stunning

yeah it looks really pixelated on my screen but fine on both my housemates computers, i wasnt sure if it was just my monitor

It's because of the jpg compression, the size in octet here is smaller but so is the quality...
Maybe there's a good reason on the side of the photographer but I think it's a shame fur such good picture not to be able to appreciate a good texture.
I'm not a photographer so I'm certainly not going to judge anyone, but I think the texture is one truly important thing on such picture (almost black and white). And I don't think the quality of the jpg is truly an artistic choice (contrary to the light and all that)...
