Just a guy who's a hero for fun... Created from scratch with only the full use of one hand, but I can't argue with the end result, and neither should you. I'm kidding; do as you like. We've got Saitama in both his neutral expression and the few times he bothers to get serious. Entertaining anime with a lot of charm and a concept you'd think wouldn't last. It's sort of how I'd write a Superman story, in that the best parts of the series often stem from how others around him react to the presence of him and what he's capable of. Glad the show is getting a Season 2.
