I like the design, personally, but the whole "it's mega time!" cheesiness as well as the not-that-great transformation sequence is kind of a throw-off for me.
Dunno about other opinions, however, but that would be mine.

Mega Man never really sold well except for Mega Man 2 and Mega Man X. Last I checked.
Though a Mega Man Zero reboot/remake by Platinum games would be nice.

Saw this on the front page. Just sort of found it. And...I actually really like this. Has that nice sort of "retro futuristic" sort of art style I like a lot more than the sort of modern gritty "future" embellishments I see. Good work.
