This isn't really your fault, it's actually the fill-out sheet's, but i keep on cringing when I see the incorrect names of a bunch of these characters... well, there isn't really correct names, but the general accepted names by the fandom are:

Blood Bucket-kun is Tokuto-kun, the bird people are Toriningen, and Octopus Baloon [sic] is Takofuusen, as you have already acknowledged.

There's a 90 percent chance you already know all three of these, but eh, i had to post it anyway.

Yes, I am aware of all that. I usually refer to them with the japanese names since they're more well known. Like scarf girl -> Mafurako, Corpse -> Shitai etc.
But generally I accept both names, japanese and the translations
