This was inspired by this video here: youtu.be/IQL53eQ0cNA?t=4m40s Seriously, it sounds like Gordon was there, whistling for someone to rescue him from the planet. Maybe he was kidnapped by aliens that wanted his power source, or he got launched in a rocket all the way to Pluto, who knows?This is mostly an appetizer to keep you all satisfied, anyhow made this sprite of Gordon, owned by the Rev.
