FINALLY
this is one of those all i know put into practice pics 
took me a while cuz this was done in painter with a mouse 
(really need to get myself a tablet 
) this is my first but not the last time using painter cuz i like it better than photoshop

Well, I don't know if you're improving because this is the first bit I've seen of yours, but I will say that this is one hell of an impressive coloring job. ESPECIALLY when taking into consideration that it's colored with a mouse. Sheesh. That would drive me insane.
Painter is nice, eh? I like the sort of watercolor thing you've got going on. I'm telling you... save up that milk money for a Wacom Intuos3 tablet. It is every bit worth the money. It'll feel awkward at first, because you're moving the stylus like you're drawing on paper, but you're looking at the screen... but once you get over the learning curve, you will NEVER, EVER, EVER go back to coloring with a mouse. I've tried to go back; it's like trying to draw with a potato.
Um... let's see... anything you could improve? Well... nah. Maybe the clouds could be a little more dynamic, but really, the clouds aren't really the focus of this, are they? The important bits are the women themselves, and they look great.
I love the fake tan that R. Mika has going on. Maybe Sakura and Rose could have their hair darker, but overall, it's impressive.

WickedWickedWicked. *_* It's very hard for me to find good street fighter fanart that's not only at least decent in its coloring and proportions, but looks like the characters. ^^ Yay!
