Description
This picture is done in pencils and took me a very long time to do. I would however like some criticism for anything to do with it. Harsh words can make me a better drawer...so don't be afriad to speek your mind.

Looks wonderful~! Though the chest area where the scales meet the skin? reminds me more of alien then dragon. Same with the wing meets body area too. 
Otherwise I love the detail you put on the hands and face, especially the tail swooshh too.

Thankyou very much for the comment, and yes I agree about the neck to chest. its a bit awkward and many others have pointed out similar
I suppose in part it is because I did not look at reference images for ideas on anatomy so I tried to 'fill the space' too much perse. It is a very old picture though now and I hope to improve on these factors in future ^^

Right now I'm working on figuring out scales, though I like to leave my dragons without them. *mental dilemma*
Though it would technically work on the chest area if the skin slowly grows over the dragons scales as it gets older. Thus its known as the scaleless dragon. Also explains why its so fleshy and can survive the winter, its got a layer of scales under its skin! My solution.

lol fair enough, that and haveing fleshy skin that would have fat layers would be better insulation than just straight up scale
