Name: Kim, Su-jin
Nicknames: Suu
Age: 17
DOB: July 19th
School Year: 3rd Year
Gender: Female
Height: 5’4.5” | 164 cm
Weight: 121 lbs | 54.9 kg
Gang: Wakarimasen
Rank: F
Yan: 107
Battling Style:
Su-jin fights mainly using her legs, aiming at places such as the thigh, above and below the knee, shin, behind the knee, and their crotch (no i'm kidding-- that doesn't work half the time so i wouldn't do it if i were you). She’ll also kick the same place repeatedly, often bruising her opponent. Due to her former training in taekwondo, she has a strong sense of balance and knows which places are best to kick. Su-jin is also relatively fit and strong compared to an average person her age but when compared to most people in this high school, she'd be one of the weaker ones.
Personality:
In front of most people, Suu is silent and almost never stands out. She refrains from making a fuss unless she really feels the need to. If she wants something she’ll get it herself or ask someone to get it. Su-jin is much like an open book. Her speech is generally blunt and straight to the point, and she never beats around the bush unless she feels extremely awkward around another. Suu is also somewhat stubborn to the point which she acts like a toddler at certain times.
Su-jin is the sort of person who judges people by her first impression. If the first thing you do is argue with her, she’ll think badly of you. If the first thing you do is buy her something, she’ll think you’re suspicious. Rarely do people get a good first impression from Suu.
When with people she is close to (whether in a good way or bad) Suu is mercilessly harsh, verbally stabbing them with words and kicking them down. However, she shows a friendly side to those who she thinks positively of.

History:
TL;DR: Born in South Korea but moved to Japan when she was young. Was often picked on at school due to how quiet she was, but after her brother told her to fight back, she used her taekwondo training to physically fight back. After her family hit a financial crisis, her grades and reputation began to slip during middle school. This is when she met a close friend, Megumi, and together they tormented iNNOCENT CINNAMON ROLLS. Accidentally "joined" Wakarimasen when she walked into a ramen shop with a black hoodie.
Su-jin was born in Daegu, South Korea in a family of four including herself, her older brother, Taebin, her father, and her mother. Due to her father’s work, her family moved to Japan within a year of her birth. Since Su-jin was very young at this time it was easy for her to get a grasp of the new language, Japanese. Like most children, hobbies were pushed onto her at a young age by her parents. However, unlike the common piano or violin hobby, Su-jin began taekwondo. Her father, the Korean side of the family, really wished for her to participate in some sort of activity which involved his home country. She was surprisingly good at it and continued until the summer before her first year in middle school. Unlike her, her brother quit about half a year after he started. Due to her training in taekwondo, Su-jin grew up to be physically strong, especially in her legs.
During her elementary school years, she was just like any child you'd find at school. The few difference she had from the other children was that she couldn’t speak at a normal volume, looked rather different (because of her korean-irish descent), and also because she had a bit more pudge that most children. At first her parents believed her quiet voice was due to her shyness, but this issue persisted even while she spoke to her brother, who she was unreserved with. Even when she was visibly trying to yell, it at best sounded like the same voice level as someone talking. This grew to be hindrance to her daily life, as she found it difficult to converse with the other kids her age. Su-jin would be talked over, ignored, and often forgotten. To fill this gap in her life, she focused on studying despite being in only elementary school. Her parents were very proud of her, praising her and pushing more work onto her. These additional studies made her ahead of most of her class, whether for better or for worse. The teachers adored her, but this caused hate to grow between her and her classmates. She was often called the teacher’s pet and was picked on for her appearance and quiet voice. When her brother heard about these issues, he gave advice to Suu.
“Don’t give in to those bullies! Fight back, okay?”
When Taebin said that, he originally meant that she should stand up for herself by using words. However, Suu took it the wrong way and literally fought back. She’d use the moves she learned in taekwondo. To her surprise, it worked very well. Yes, people stopped bullying her. But instead, they grew to fear her. The teachers never saw her actually fight the students, so they didn’t believe the children when they said that she was the one bullying them. After all, only a week ago had Su-jin been crying about being picked on. And so, Su-jin continued using violence to deal with her problems throughout the rest of her elementary school years. Despite that, she rarely did fight after the first one because no one would talk to her anymore.
Between 6th and 7th grade, Su-jin's family fell into an financial crisis. A few months earlier in the spring, her father, the only one who worked in their family, was scammed and lost his job. He quickly recovered by finding a new job but the pay was far less than before. The family had to move out of their current home into a much smaller apartment, barely fitting the family of four. Taebin, who was 18 at the time, decided not to go to college and went job hunting right after graduation. There weren't many companies who would hire someone with education only up to highschool, and so he used his looks and personality to his advantage and got himself several part-time jobs such as a cafe waiter, a model, and a worker at the near-by convenience store. Her mother was the one who was the most affected by this. She seemed to be under stress about the bills, taxes, Taebin's life, her husband's job; everything. Su-jin was unsure of how to react, but with her father and brother both busy with work and her mother too stressed to think about her daughter, Suu ended up having more freedom than she thought. To save money, they stopped sending Su-jin to taekwondo and cram school.
Once entering middle school, Suu started falling behind in classes. Still in shock from what happened in the summer, she couldn’t focus in class. Along with that, she also was short tempered and quickly resorted to violence. Her reputation amongst the teachers was awful and Suu made no attempt to fix it. Her rebellious phase continued on even after being told off by her teachers. Too focused on finding a job, her father rarely talked to her, and her mother was silent most of the time. Tae was too busy with work to notice his sister’s struggles, and Suu did her best to hide it from him too. She’d smile and laugh, being as energetic as the quiet girl could be.
In her second year, Su-jin met Megumi. Megumi was a first year, and a relatively popular one too. She was often found surrounded by both boys and girls, sometimes a bit too close with the opposite gender. Half-way into the school year, they became known as the “Abusive Duo.” It was a rather lame name, but it suited them. Suu would physically harm others by kicking them, and Megumi would verbally torture the poor students. The two were always with each other, and the reason as to why they were so close was unsure. Perhaps it was because they seemed to have what the other lacked. Suu was strong while Megu was weak, and Megumi was a loud-mouth in contrast to the silent Suu. They continued to hang around each other until Suu graduated.
Before going to high school, Suu’s family began bickering again. It was mostly about how despite three years passing from the incident, her father still could not find a steady job. Taebin was already independent from the family, living in an apartment nearby an infamous high school. Suu, who was growing tired of her parents fighting, often stayed over at her brother’s. During her stay, she befriended Sakuramoto Hikaru, Taebin’s boyfriend someone who often came over to Taebin’s house. He was very much like another older brother, friendly and unreserved. Finding that it was far more comfortable at her brother’s house she ended up moving there, out of her parents’ home. Her parents were fine with it; they trusted Taebin enough.
Upon her entrance in high school, Suu tried to tone down her violence (albeit in futile attempt). One day, Suu coincidentally went to a nearby Ramen shop. Taebin had recommended her, so she decided to go. It only happened to be that she was wearing Taebin’s black hoodie over her uniform because of this cold weather, but because of this the members of Wakarimasen who were hanging out there believed she was a new member of the gang. Confused but too quiet to deny anything, she merely nodded. The members took this as a “yes” and she was accepted into the gang.
Relationships:
Megumi (16) | Close Friend | One of the few people Su-jin talks to about personal issues. Basically someone she can trust. Su-jin’s often criticized by her, but they're close despite their differences
- “She keeps telling me I need new hobbies.”
Taebin Kim (24) | Brother | Another of the few people Suu trusts. She adores her brother and acts rather childish around him. He also take care of her often, and doesn't know that his younger sister is a delinquent.
- "Tae-nii's really nice- he gives me presents like the keychains and the stuffed animal. He also tries to help me with my voice, but I think he started to give up. It's fun visiting him when he's at the cafe- but there's always a bunch of ladies swarming him and that's rather... annoying."
Keiichi Maeda (15) | My Dog Doll | These two met when Keiichi and Megumi were dating in middle school. For whatever reason, Suu tries to get Keiichi to crossdress whenever possible. Are they friends? Are they not? The world may never know.
- "He has sweating issues."
Ena Kiyoshi (17) | Seal | LOL whataretheyeven
- "I might've creeped him out, I might've not."

- A large reason as to why she often has something in her mouth so often is to make people believe she can’t talk loudly or clearly because she has something in her mouth. In actuality, she can't raise her voice nearly as much as most people to a point that it becomes an interference in her daily life. The other reason is just because she likes eating.
