This photo just doesn't do it justice , I am not sure what all that stuff that is on there on the right side , I think it was from the lights from the roomΒ that reflected on itΒ
anyways , a friend of mine gave me that necklace a long time ago and I never got the chance to get a picture of it 
it is not crystal nor glass , not sure exactly what it is thank you for looking .

I would dear friend but I cannot find the doctor , the clinic doesn't have a direct line to the doctor , when I do call all I get is the damn scheduling center but it's okay I have a Rheumatology appointment on the 16th of January so I will ask that doctor and make sure this time that they do put in a referral . bunch of dumbasses there .
