After searching the Internet, I came to a conclusion that the contents of that rhyme is related to the culture (city, country, redneck, suburbs, etc.) where the phrases were generated.

Very nice shapes. They kind of look like apple peels. I remember I was in second grade and we made dried apples because it was Native American week. It was so much fun to dry them and they were actually tasty.
