Description
So~I was thinking of doing some PHG requests since I'm actually addicted to this group at the mo', and I'd like to draw some different Pokemon.
Tiptie the Oshawott was fun to draw, let me tell you that~! The background was a bit of a pain to draw, yet I was very proud with the outcome.
Hey, I could have used some textures, but I was having fun with the gradient tool~ ^^

The elements in this picture harmonize, except the background is a bit too blurry, and tiptie appears as if his body was big. Try making it a little more slim, while the feet are more visible.
