It was a very hard decision, but I'm using Jinan for something else since I have more fuel for Cymb's character.

While I'm still really tempted to replace Jinan in my next gen with her, it's a very hard decision, but either way here is a bio!

"Celestia has the weirdest knack for giving her children names that are a bit hard to wrap the head around. I mean, seriously, Jinan? Elysian Entrophy? Cymberylia? Who comes up with those names?" - A disgruntled Discord
Thankfully he got to name the twins and Morning Glory, albeit the last one sounding a lot like what Celestia would name him (wait, he came up with Morning Glory?!)
Cymberylia seems to be born with grace. She seems to be naturally very skilled and with every movement, she is precise, and it always has a beautiful flow. She loves flying around with her bird-like wings, which is where she got her name from (Swan Princess). She also surprisingly is a daughter of the sea--she loves staying in the water to relax and ease her emotions if needed, or just simply to pass the time.
She loves giving advice and will give her best to lend an ear to your problems and provide you will helpful aid, and this is why she wants to be a counsel to Elysian instead of the next in line for the throne as a princess. She wants to help ponies, it's her greatest pride and joy, but does not like to have that much responsibility on her shoulders. As a counsel, it would be easier guiding someone to make the right decisions that do it herself.
She's also very respectful and welcoming of anyone, disregarding the gender, species, nationality--as long as you respect everypony else, there's no problem with getting along with her. This makes ponies fond of her because she's approachable for problems and just to have somepony to talk to. And she can keep secrets and does not spill.
Not unlike her siblings, however, she still loves having a little harmless fun (without over-stepping the boundaries of course) and loves enjoying her moments feelig carefree like a foal.
Trivia: She keeps a simple little garden with each flower representing a secret she has to keep. When the flower wilts, she knows something's wrong with the pony who told her. Maybe they're not telling the truth, or maybe the secret needs to be said. Whatever it is, she always consults first before making any further action.
Cymberylia still has powerful magic even as a pegasus, but uses it rarely, mostly because even Celestia doesn't know how to control it yet. However, they may have found a temporary solution. (See trivia #7)
When she dries herself the way ducks do, her fur poofs out and she becomes really fluffy. The twins are particularly fond with this and Morning Glory loves his new hiding place.
She can make ponies fall asleep when she sings, but she never does this at will.
She gets cold easily. When she was young, she would get sick so her parents would make her wear some layers of scarves and jackets to keep her warm. She also doesn't like winter as much as her siblings (especially Morning Glory).
She claims that fixing her hair after a flight is not a breeze. Celestia agrees a lot.
When she was born, her first magical outburst happened several hours later. It baffled the doctors since she's, well, a pegasus and not a unicorn. When she grew older, about five years old, her mother gave her an amulet to lessen her outbursts. This helps Cymberylia feel secure about herself around other ponies and since then the outbursts lessened.
She loves foals. Don't take her to an orphanage or she won't leave forever. She loves playing with them! She also loves taking care of the little rascal that goes by the name Morning Glory (who's very obsessive over Elysian but gets easily distracted. Cymberylia knows her charms).
Discord gave her a horn one time. Let's just say, it wasn't pretty.
Cymberylia loves the violin, the piano, and the chimes.
She actually has poor eyesight, but all her other perceptions are heightened. She's also quick and nimble on her hooves but her huge-ass wings give her away sometimes.
