I know papyrus' dream is to be an architect but undyne doesnt think that designing human traps wasnt his type.in the other hand, papyrus can atually fight.he sometimes gave mercy to monsters but not to humans.So she let papyrus in the royal guard .but, papyrus doesnt want to.and because undyne is his best friend,he'll do it.

So gaster...i dont know where to start actually..hes a hype type of person and has the classic (undertale) sans personalities.that means he like making puns and jokes. He usually hang out with grillby because he also has that teenage attitude .and yes, gaster is alive in this au.like i said,only sans is real.everything is just codes for him to not be lonely.
