For the 2019 "Coloring Book Challenge" by : Contest 67 - Coloring Book Challenge 2019
You get bonus points if you base your coloring page off a famous artist, so for this, I used Roy Lichtenstein's "Pop Art" style. www.theartstory.org/artist/licβ¦
It seemed fitting, given Genie's bright and dynamic personality, and believe it or not, I went to the time and trouble to put in every last one of those dots by hand! 
And you're allowed to do two entries, so I plan to make one more. Whether I win or not, this was a lot of fun, and a nice little art experiment!

Hey you chose Lichenstein too!Β Β Really awesome job here, his style works really well with Genie and I think you were able to recreate it perfectly! You did all the dots by hand? That's amazing! I tried doing it myself but it never came out right so I ended up using free transparent dots and just using a lot of layers

Thank you! I did use some layers to make sure the dots were perfectly aligned, but yeah, that part was super-tedious and I had to do the whole darn thing over at least six times.
