Well that's not quite true.. i googled a lot and the actual reason is that the manga artist Katsura Hoshino was kinda sick or she got her hand injured (i'm not quite sure) that's why she couldn't continue with the Manga for a while.. Even now there's only one Chapter per month so they didn't have enough material for more episodes..
Well that's what i found out XD
It's really sad, though..
