I really do enjoy the focus on this shot on that single drop - and I'm sure it took forever to get this shot right, but even so I really love it as the focal point.
The colors around it create for a soothing picture and looks like it was edited afterwards (right?) if it wasn't - the blur seems to fit.
I've always like pictures that focus on one particular thing, but they only work when whats "out of focus" isn't too interesting (like a blurry background of a city, or a forest) - these types of pictures just don't work cause they leave me annoying at not knowing what was behind the focal point. Yet- as I can see here you made sure to make the single glass-like drop the most interesting point of the shot. I think this is beautiful. It's so golden...The only things I would change about it is maybe the position of the water drop in the picture and possibly smoothing out some of the shakier lines. (But then again, the line thing may make it look too plain...) But in any case, it's still lovely.
