I was revisiting the technique I used to make Floral Myst [link] , and this time I built this fractal. It isn't without flaws, but I thought the organic look present in parts mixed with the twined flames looked pretty cool.Made in apophysis; 1 hour build, 6 hour render

That's cool, like braided hair...I am amazed. The texture of it is really nice, the atmosphere of the picture all soft...you captured it well.

Thanks, there is a lot of tension in making a fractal like this, because the properties of it are really unstable. Little changes make all of the difference. I'm glad you like what I was able to design.
