I'm going to tell you a story. The story is about a girl called Sara. Sara found a message one morning lying on her bed. She had no idea how it got there but how it did, we will not find out. The message said just one word, and that word was "Run". Sara thought it was her little brother pulling a prank on her, but she thought wrong.
So sara burnt the note before she went to bed. When she woke up she found the same note lying on the bottom of her bed. Again, before she went to bed she burnt the note. The next morning, she found not a note, but a letter. The letter read:
Sara, i am watching you, if you don't run i will kill you. Don't believe me? Well you are unwise. I will give you till Sunday at mid-night to get as far away from this house as you can.
Mary.
Sara did not think this was real, so she carried on with normal life. On sunday at mid-night, she heard a bang from under her bed. She got up and turned her light on. She looked in her mirror on the wall and saw bloody Mary. She smashed the mirror with her hair brush and looked under the bed. Nothing. Then the light flickered and went out. She thought that the light bulb had just died. She was wrong.
"I told you to run Sara, but you did not. I told you i would kill, you, and your life ends here."
Sara turned around and saw a Girl wrapped in chains with blood dripping down her face. The girl, she guessed, was Mary. She believed now. Mary had a knife in her hand, a real knife, and stabbed Sara in the stomache nice and slowley, so Sara felt it. Sara screamed and slowly bled to death.
So you are thinking, "What does this have to do with me?" Well if you do not send this on Mary will come to your room on the nearest possible Sunday at mid-night and kill you. This is no joke. Don't be unwise like Sara. Be wise, send it on.
0 people- You will be killed by Mary on the nearest possibe Sunday at mid-night and kill you
5 people- You will be severely injured.
10 people- You will see bloody Mary in your Mirror
15 people- You will be left un-harmed
20 people- You will find alot of money on the floor.

nope!, well maybe in his eyes, some would it is a blessing, an amusement park full of statues is brought to life... literary. All the statues came to life, the culprit apparently was a castle called the Castle Of Nations within the park. The castle emits some kind of energy(life force) keeping the statues alive without it he is just a shell and must find new energy if he wants to run away from Castle. Karl was a statue in the pirate part of the park and seemed to envy humans, he had a human friend( the red hair girl) who taught him the violin. Somehow she died and so far it looks like Karl is the one that did it all though only Unknown-Person knows for sure. So he grows to hate humanity and himself in a way (don't call him a pirate!)See that scar on his eye? it's where his eye patch use to be before he ripped it out (painted on) all though he doesn't feel pain he is still ripping his face apart (Unknown has said that it still mentally painful for the statues to do that.) So maybe in a way he is cursed but only because of himself. Wow that was a mouthful

I'm late, I'm late, I'm very late! >.< But you know I'll be getting critiques in sooner or later, right? They'll probably trickle in....
It seems redundant to keep commenting on the sheer awesomeness and care put into your backgrounds, so consider this a blanket comment for all the backgrounds you've done/will do in the future: They are amazing. (And the guy in the blue suit really stands out against them. Loving how his color being the same as the Park's background helps in the transition.)
It's nice to see this part of the story comicked. Apart from Jackie's bit, I don't think it would have been very interesting for you to animate.
The negative thing about commenting so late is that everyone else has taken the obvious comments from you. Some things I liked: Jackie's three-panel reaction time ("Meeeeeee?" XDD luvit), the imposing nature of the Castle--the gradients really make it glow--and the entire "past" sequence, with the increased texturization. Karl already looks rather weathered in it, and it was a shock to see him with a bunch of "friends"....why do I get the feeling that he (possibly violently) parted from them? Perhaps it's because I can't quite yet twist my brain around there being anyone other than Karl haunting Pirate's Island.
The lengths to which Karl has gone to divest himself of that "pirate" image continue to become clearer, and actually make me feel rather sympathetic toward him. Apart from the sash and the boots he's done quite well. I almost want to applaud him for it.
Almost forgot about the little robot from Round 2. Good to see that thread coming back into play. Your buildup is a masterpiece of storytelling, Unknown! Climber didn't have quite so much of that--he had a clear objective and very little necessary past. With Karl it's a whole different story, and you're really pulling it all out.
And finally, that nod to Del's ending was very sporting of you ^_~

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and guess that the "scars" on his left eye have something or other to do with that earring in his flashback. And a second shot to say that perhaps the reason for his hatred of humans is he fell in love with the girl and she went and ripped his resin heart right out of chest, staked it and tossed it out a window into oblivion. Close?
Also..."I just had a sudden attraction for this...iron support." and "Go die in New Jersey!"= Epic LoL. XD Hearing him raise his voice like that was interesting.
